@George-K said in Loss? Or Win?: @Horace said in Loss? Or Win?: What is this, some gender thing? Yup. This was the Women's "Pole" Vault. The narcissism of the left. Their unequivocally losing hill they’ll die on. At least the right’s version of a hill to die on is an actual principle. Pro life. There is no principle behind bio males competing with women, beyond personal choice taken to antisocial extremes.

@LuFins-Dad said in The NFL will die of greed: They just got hit with $4.7 BILLION in damages for Anti-Trust violations. Anti-Trust violations may see their damages tripled, meaning they could have to pay $15 B… https://www.yahoo.com/news/jury-rules-nfl-violated-antitrust-205401291.html Judge overruled the verdict: https://www.foxbusiness.com/sports/federal-judge-reverses-4-7-billion-verdict-nfl-sunday-ticket-case I’m not really sure how that works…

@Jolly said in "No room" in NYC: As long as Texas and the other border states were bearing the brunt of the Biden Flood, everything was hunky-dory. Give Perry and DeSantis credit for a wickedly smart idea, that brought the issue to the attention of people who didn't care. I think you mean the Harris Flood?

Barely hanging on but no sense of thought behind anything at this point, just a mass of unthinking entertainment that grows bigger with every lifeless spinoff. Undead, if you will.

Rove is past his sell-by date. I actually think Carville makes more sense, nowadays.

I’m guessing the most popular sports in India aren’t Olympic. Apparently cricket is going to be featured in 2028.

Kyle Rittenhouse, who became a darling of the right after he fatally shot protesters in 2020, says he’s not going to vote for Donald Trump. “A lot of people are upset that I said I’m going to be writing in Ron Paul for president of the United States, and that is true, I will be writing in Ron Paul,” the 21-year-old said in a clip posted on X hours after sharing a picture of him posing alongside the former Texas congressman. Oops Gun rights activist Kyle Rittenhouse apologized and reaffirmed his support for former President Donald Trump on Friday amid mounting pressure following his pledge that he would be writing in former Libertarian Texas Rep. Ron Paul in the 2024 presidential election over the former president and “Over the past 12 hours, I’ve had a series of productive conversations with members of the Trump’s team Yeah right. Millennials and Gen Z? I’ve had quite a few as employees over the last few years. Of the 6, 3 now own their own places. The other 3 rent, on their own. I expect 1 will be buying a house soon. The other 2 won’t until after grad school. All have had a modicum of support from the parents, but most also had side gigs. 2 of them had problems because they were spending too much on travel and going out, but have corrected course. One, I’ve gotten him to use the debt snowball to pay off his college and car loans, open an IRA, and buy a cheap condo rather than rent. He’s now gotten married and doing great.
